General: By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be 18+ to make a reservation. All
information provided must be accurate.
Booking & Payment – A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
•All payments must be made 100% digitally / online via our accepted payment methods.
•Remaining payment is due 45 days before the trip. Failure to pay by this date may result in automatic cancellation.
•Prices are in $ and may change until confirmed. Transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations & Refunds – Customer cancellations 40+ days before the tour → partial refund
•Cancellations within 30 days → No refund.
•No-shows are non-refundable.
•Company cancellations → Full refund or reschedule option.
*Changes to dates or participant details are allowed up to 40 days before the tour, subject to availability and fees. Itineraries may be
adjusted for safety or operational reasons.
Requirements & Responsibility
Visitor’s are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, and travel documents.
Must follow all sustainability and safety instructions. Misbehavior may result in removal without refund.
Liability – Socotrati Tours is not liable for injury, loss, delays, or issues caused by weather, natural events, third-party providers, or customer
negligence. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
*Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and belongings is strongly recommended.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Socotrati Island, Yemen. Disputes will be handled by local courts or arbitration
